[ntl] Creating NTL library on Blakfin processor

Hi,

i would like to use the NTL library
on Blackfin
processor which uses  visual DSP++ IDE

i attempted it by
running the application MakeDesc...
but i ended up with an error:
Bad News: Machine must use IEEE floating point


How can
i compile NTL library  for this platform?
