[ntl] Concerning RandomBits_ZZ( )

Hi,

i have written a small program that generates r-bit random
numbers using the NTL function RandomBits_ZZ(r)

the problem is whenever i run the program i am getting same random numbers

What might be the reason for this sort of behaviour?
