Hi,<br /><br />i have written a small program that generates r-bit random
numbers<br />using the NTL function RandomBits_ZZ(r)<br /><br />whenever i
run the program i am getting same random numbers<br /><br />What might be
the reason for this sort of behaviour?<br /><br />kindly let me know the
